Please join us this year to share family stories and a good time. We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to get together to celebrate our ancestor.

Penn Harris Radisson Hotel
The hotel is situated in the rear of Conference Center. Drive around to the back for hotel entrance. Hotel is two stories with no elevators. Have requested all first floor rooms near restaurant. When checking in be sure to ask for a first floor room close by the restaurant and/or pool. Registration there should be a registration table with chairs in the Veranda Room. A reunion registration form can be completed by those who have not preregistered and paid. A bank envelope will be at the table along with a receipt book for checks and cash. A welcome sign for reunion participants will be placed at the registration area or veranda.
Reunion registration will be in the Veranda Room. Walk through the restaurant and look to the right.
The registration room will have three six-foot tables and three round tables set up for 30 people.
Ice water station available. Veranda Room is bright with windows on one wall.
Room Availability – Thursday 6 p.m.-10 p.m. Friday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. (another group has evening)
Friday evening, we have Governor’s ‘A’ Meeting Room from 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. Governor’s ‘A’ Meeting Room is located to the right of the hotel registration desk.
Official Reunion Picture Spot will be the red carpeted stairs to the right in the hotel lobby.
Other tidbits
Veranda Room for Saturday is 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. – all day. (OK to leave items overnight)
Veranda Room for Sunday is 8 a.m. to Noon.
Private Dining Room (PDR) (seats 10) for 6:30 Thursday evening dinner.
Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Happy Hour in Bridges Lounge is 5 p.m. on Friday.
After dinner cousins gathering opportunity on Friday will be at the Bridges Lounge at 8 p.m.
Friday Picnic Lunch – Reunion visitors will be using free picnic area outside the museum. Although this area is next to the museum restaurant area, we will not use the restaurant tables and chairs reserved for paying customers. Lunch will be provided by Terry and Paul Johnson.
Children
On Saturday there are two opportunities for kids. 9:00 a.m. – After breakfast and before the pool opens, and at 5:00 p.m. after the genealogy and business meetings. The Veranda Room is large enough to have children’s activities in the back corner and adults in entrance area. The Army Museum outdoor trail is a great place for kids to explore.
Group Photo – Scheduled for 8:30 Saturday morning in the hotel lobby by the red carpeted steps. Everyone is asked to be present and have cameras in hand. A hotel employee will hopefully volunteer to assist with the photo.
Board Meeting – Friday evening in the private dining room – 6:30 p.m. dinner meeting.
Association Business Meeting – 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Veranda room.
Directions – Information Sheets with driving directions to John W. Brown Liberty Ship, State Library and Army Heritage Museum have been prepared and available at the registration table.
Parking – Easy and free parking at the Hotel, Army Heritage Center but not the Capitol Complex. Parking for the library tour is very limited. Five possible spaces outside Forum Building. Credit Card Metered parking and garages are alternatives. Please request that everyone carpools on Friday morning. Hotel shuttle (cost is $50 for 10 people) has not been reserved.
Notes on the 2013 Reunion:
The 2013 Reunion was held on June 20, 21, 22 and 23 in the Valley Forge area that has so much to see and do relating to heritage. The reunion included a stop at the Bodo Otto Jr. house. Those of us in attendance had a great time.
